Free Penis Enlargement - 2 Exercises For Getting Bigger
Penis enlargement exercises have caught on big time in the last few years and it's no wonder why: Not only have a lot of men claimed to have success with them but guides and exercise programs tend to be cheaper than pills, and certainly less expensive than stretchers and devices. But what's better than good penis enlargement? How about free AND good penis enlargement. Today I'm going to go through 2 basic exercises used by many workout guides in their beginner routines to put you on the path to a bigger penis.
Exercise #1: Horizontal Motion
This exercise both enhances length and thickness, and pops up very frequently in the PE world. To begin this exercise, first wrap your penis in a warm, wet wash cloth or towel for a couple minutes until you are semi-erect but not fully hard. At this point you are ready to safely exercise and your tissues are going to be more responsive and likely to grow quicker when exercising in this state.
To begin the exercise make a ring out of the index and forefinger of one hand, place this ring around the base of your penis and squeeze gently. Next make another ring out of your other hand and place this snugly around the tip of your penis (at this point you'll want to have some sort of lube or lotion applied). Now slowly but firmly squeeze and move the tip hand down until it meets with the base hand before moving it back up to the starting position. For a beginner, repeat this about 30 times to effectively move blood through the tissues of your penis and start initiating some growth.
Exercise #2: Kegels
For this exercise you don't even need your hands, as it is the simplest exercise around BUT serves two very important roles. First of all, you're going to be working your PC muscle (the one at the base of your penis) and this can help you control orgasms and last longer in bed. Second, you will be widening your penis by flexing this muscle from base to tip.
For this exercise get your penis fully erect so it is as heavy as possible. Now simply flex the PC muscle (to help you find it it's the one you use when peeing) and if done correctly your penis should “hop” up. Hold this for 3 seconds then relax a second before doing it again as many times as you can manage without working yourself too hard.
While this exercises will put you on the right track there is no substitute for a professional penis exercise guide.
